Fundamental Nursing Skills 2 continues from Fundamental Nursing Skills 1 developing students' clinical knowledge and skills with a focus on patient comfort cares. Students will be introduced to the many ways nurses can promote comfort care to their patients. These cares will include the complete hygiene care required for a patient in a hospital setting. They will then be introduced to performing risk assessment and prevention of patient complications, screening for nutritional status,and performing pain assessment.
